This is an awesome jerky recipe for venison or beef. I hope the secret is in the recipe and not in the technique.
1 C. Worchestershire
1 C. Soy Sauce
1 C. Liquid Smoke
1 C. Water
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
2 TBSP Pickling Salt
1 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Black Pepper (or more for hotter)
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1/4 C. Honey
4 TBSP Brown Sugar
